The Hahn-A-Lula is located just downstream of Fremont on a bend in the famous Wolf River known as ORIHULA. To the original settlers in the area Orihula meant "ending of the big waters" and was known as a place to gather, eat and refresh oneself from a day on the river. Today, just as before, this area and the Hahn-A-Lula are still regarded for these same factors. Excellent dining is anchored by their famous buffet but the steaks, seafood and mouthwatering nightly specials are all right on cue. The soups are home made, your salad selection fresh & bountiful and an added taco bar completes your Hahn-A-Lula salad bar experience. A staff that has been here for decades tells the tale of a place that is a landmark for food and fun along the Wolf River. They open early for breakfast and lunch too.
 Fishing and boating is foremost here in Wolf River Country and the Hahn-A-Lula is one of it's most notable landmarks. Here you will find boat rental and live bait, boat gas and docking space. The area is known for the great spring and fall walleye and white bass fishing. Our large, well lit parking lot has plenty of room for your tow vehicle and trailer. We also have lodging available for cold weather fishermen and deer hunters. Make the Hahn-A-Lula your hunting and fishing headquarters and be a part of the local "trifecta". That is, a buck in the morning, a limit of walleye in the afternoon and a prime rib dinner. Hey, the roast duck is good too.
